Questions

What's a video hour?
The length of the video you process. A 3-hour stream or podcast uses 3 video hours, however many clips come out of it. Hours are rounded up to the minute, and refunded if a job fails or is canceled before any clip is delivered.
Why not unlimited?
Every hour of video costs real compute to download, transcribe and render. Metered hours keep prices low for everyone and the queue fast.
Which sources work?
Twitch past broadcasts (twitch.tv/videos/…) and uploaded video files of anything: streams, podcasts, vlogs, interviews. YouTube links are coming soon; until then, upload the file. Twitch deletes past broadcasts after 7–60 days, so process them soon after you stream.
Do I need permission to clip a video?
Only clip videos you own or have the creator's permission to clip and repost. You're responsible for the content you submit and publish.
